68 year old lady with prosthetic aortic valve in situ. Also has CREST syndrome and advanced lung disease with FEV1 of only 1 litre. Had highly symptomatic AF with decompensation to heart failure with each episode. Dr Gupta successfully ablated her AF. See IMAGES here.
