70 year old lady with persistent AF, tachy-cardiomyopathy, and heart failure. left ventricular ejection fraction only 20%. Was turned down for AF ablation in Ireland as perceived to be high risk. She flew over from Dublin to Liverpool, where Dr Gupta performed ablation successfully. Her LV function is now back to normal at 50%
