69 year old lady with a device septal occluder in situ for Atrial Septal Defect since 2001. Had troublesome AF in spite of drug treatment, and was referred to Dr Gupta as a last resort. The atrial septum was successfully crossed using guidance of transesophageal echo, and AF successfully ablated.
