This is a 15 year old boy who developed persistent AF and LV dysfunction following a viral illness and presented with severe pulmonary edema. His LV function improved following cardioversion to sinus rhythm but again worsened when persistent AF returned. The AF was successfully ablated to sinus rhythm using the technology of CARTO-3. The LV function is now back to normal.
